It is with regret that we announce the death of former West Mayfield councilman, Tom Orosz. Here is Mr. Orosz’s obituary.
Thomas T. Orosz, 38, of West Mayfield, passed away Sun. August 2, 2015. Born May 6, 1977 in Rochester, was the son of Thomas Eugene and Cathy (Engle) Orosz, West Mayfield. He was a 1996 graduate of Blackhawk High School and a member of St. Monica Parish, Veterans of World War II, West Mayfield and the Beaver Falls Turners. He was a former employee and councilman for West Mayfield Boro, in addition to being a former volunteer Fireman and assistant Fire Chief for West Mayfield Volunteer Fire Department.
He lived for his three children, Bethany, Kaylee and Thomas (Pup) and spending time with family and friends. In addition to his parents and children, he is survived by a sister, Amy Orosz and her two children Alexis and Tyler, West Mayfield; best friends, Phil and Josh Graeser, Danny Downs, Matt Fosnaught, and many more close friends, too many to list; Dick Klugh, his former boss, who was like a father to him and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Melvin and Lois Engle and his paternal grandparents, John and Rose Mary Orosz.
Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 8 p.m. in the HILL AND KUNSELMAN FUNERAL HOME, www.hillandkunselman.com , 3801 Fourth Avenue, College Hill, Beaver Falls, where a Blessing Service will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Daugherty Township.
